Lycoming Apartments, LLC

After becoming friends on a construction project in 2002, Herb Mauzy and Chris Miller teamed up to form Mauzy & Miller, LLC. From day one Mauzy & Miller, LLC has focused on providing quality apartments at a fair price.

In 2016 having grown to over 70 units, Kelby Mullen was hired as a full time property manager. After joining the team, Lycoming Apartments LLC was born. In addition to apartments, Lycoming Apartments LLC now offers houses, storage, and commercial space throughout Lycoming County Pennsylvania. After nearly 20 years in business the focus remains the same:
